How To Delete Your Zoho One Trial Account

  1. Go to https://one.zoho.eu/
  2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
  3. In the side menu which appears find the "Subscription" section and click the "Cancel Trial" link
  4. In the Reason pop-up, you can just type "Evaluating Zoho", then click the "Cancel my Zoho One account" button.
  5. Next, go to https://accounts.zoho.eu/
  6. Then Settings > Close Account > Close Organisation 
  7. You will likely be asked to re-enter your password.
  8. Choose "Close organisation & account".
  9. Follow the instructions on screen by clicking "Next" through the steps and confirming closure of the account.
  10. You will now recieve confirmation that your account has been closed,
